Management
The Scholz & Friends Group is headed by the chief executive officer Frank-Michael Schmidt,  and the four members of the executive board Klaus Dittko (PR), Martin Pross (Creation), Matthias Schmidt (Creation) and Christian Tiedemann (Finance).

Under the terms of the Group’s Partner Principle, which was introduced in 2003, around 40 leading Scholz & Friends executives hold shares in the agency. From this group of executives 12 members are selected to sit on the Partnerboard, a committee mandated to discuss key issues within the network.
