Constantin Dudzik is Managing Director Strategy at Scholz & Friends Berlin.

Constantin Dudzik graduated in media science and gained his master at the London School of Economics. He began his career as a strategist at J. Walter Thompson, where he initially worked as a strategist, then later as a Senior Strategy Consultant, advising numerous clients in the sectors FMCG, industry and telecommunications. He later moved to take on responsibility for brand communication and corporate strategy for the J. Walter Thompson Communications Group.

From 2004 until his promotion to Managing Director, Constantin Dudzik has been responsible for the Berlin location as Executive Strategy Director at the Scholz & Friends Strategy Group, providing strategic advice for the agency and its clients.

Matthias Spaetgens is Managing Director Creation at Scholz & Friends Berlin.

He studied graphic design in Munich and afterwards worked as a designer there. In 1997 he started his career at Scholz & Friends with stations in Hamburg, Zurich and Berlin. Since 2007 he is Managing Director Creation of the Berlin office.

His work, amongst others for A. Lange & Söhne, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, HLX, jobsintown.de, Mercedes-Benz and Weru, was awarded at all national and international award shows with more than ten Lions in Cannes and six times the Grand Prix at international creative festivals.

Matthias Spaetgens thus plays a decisive role in the creative capacity of Scholz & Friends and numbers among the most awarded German creatives.

From 2007 to 2009 he attended the international School of Creative Leadership graduating as Executive Master of Business Administration.

He is a member of the Art Directors Club of Germany and Switzerland as well as the British D&AD.

Stefanie Wurst is Partner of the Scholz & Friends Group and Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Berlin.

She studied economics and business administration at the University of Augsburg and started her advertising career at Ammirati & Puris in New York, servicing the UPS account for the US and Canada.

In 1993 she joined TBWA Hamburg to work on several NIVEA brands. From 1998 to 2000 she was Group Regional Account Director at TBWA Singapore and handled the accounts of NIVEA, BiC, Absolut Vodka, Chivas Regal, Martell, Mövenpick, Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Samsonite Asia-wide.

In January 2001 she joined Scholz & Friends Berlin being responsible for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Schering and the State of Baden-Württemberg. Since 2003 she is Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Berlin and Partner of the Scholz & Friends Group. Since then the agency won several international clients like Zewa, Saturn, Boehringer Ingelheim, Deutsche Bahn and projects for Mercedes-Benz.
