Christian Ringel is the Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Budapest.
He graduated from Hamburg University with a Master Degree in Business Administration and started his professional career at BBDO in Hamburg, New York and Los Angeles working for clients like MontBlanc writing instruments, Apple Computers and Philips household appliances. After continuing his career at Lowe Lintas as International Account Director for Unilever’s “MAGNUM ice-cream” he joined Scholz & Friends in 1998 as Client Service Director in the Scholz & Friends office in Warsaw, Poland, being responsible for all clients.
Christian Ringel showed his on-going passion for Eastern Europe by transferring to Moscow, Russia, working for McCann-Erickson as Deputy Managing Director for Nestlé and JTI (Japan Tobacco Int.) for two years (2001-02).
In January 2003, he re-joined Scholz & Friends, this time in Budapest as Managing Director. In 2006 the agency was awarded as “Agency of the year” in Hungary.
