Stefan Lennardt has been Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Profile since 2007 after coming to the Rhine from "sister" agency Scholz & Friends Agenda in Berlin.

The journalist and qualified economist was Vice President of Corporate Communications at cable network operator Unitymedia, where he spent five years assisting in a communicative capacity in the company's extremely varied development. He then worked as a spokesman for the NRW SPD party, participating in several (successful) election campaigns. Previously, Stefan Lennardt was a reporter, presenter and editor for the German TV channel Westdeutscher Rundfunk, at last for the young wave channel "Eins Live". He teaches strategic PR at the Business and Information Technology School in Iserlohn.
Kai Panitzki is one of the founders of Wichmann Communications and Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Profile.

After training to become a qualified German banker, Kai Panitzki completed law school with the First State Examination. He then went on to work as an editor for the investment magazine "Der Aktionär", where he not only gained specific knowledge of the financial communications sector, but also established major contacts on the venture capital scene. In his last position, Kai Panitzki worked as a project manager in the area of net relations and investor relations at "Sponsor Partners".

In 2000, he teamed up with Stefan Wichmann and set up the agency Wichmann Communications in Düsseldorf.

The economic journalist Stefan Wichmann was the Bonn correspondent of the German weekly current affairs magazine "WirtschaftsWoche" before moving to Deutsche Telekom AG as press spokesman. He later held the position of head of corporate communications at Telekom's subsidiary T-Mobile while the "T" was being established and in the course of Telekom's IPO.

In 2000, he teamed up with Kai Panitzki and set up the agency Wichmann Communications in Düsseldorf.
