Most of the cases we’re proud of are built on a strategy of breaking the norm for a brand. We let Betsson (poker, betting and casino online) whisper in their advertising in order to become louder than their loud-mouthed competitors – ending up in fourth place in ad recall while only being eleventh in spending. We communicated FlyNordic as the airline for everyone by creating a platform where we could hit upwards (expensive airlines) as well as downwards (low-cost airlines) – and it helped FlyNordic go from number four on the Swedish market to number two, after Scandinavian Airlines, in less than two years.
