Management

Kay is an extremely valuable advertising man due to his extensive experience from the client side. Before he co-founded Scholz & Friends Stockholm and became Managing Director he was Marketing Director for ATG (leading horse betting company), where he among other worked with the extremely successful launch of the cooperation between ATG and the supermarket retailer ICA. Before that he was Managing Director for OgilvyOne, an agency that was elected Direct Marketing Agency of the Year during his leadership. He has also worked as Marketing Director at TUI Travel, Managing Director at Sportresor and Account Director for the media agency CIA. His client experience includes SAS, Nike, Sportresor, Ford, Motorola, Sanofi, Sprite and Bonnier.

He is known as “Conan the Barbarian” of the Swedish advertising business for reasons we have not yet fully understood. He has been Creative Director and Art Director at many of the most well-known agencies of the region. Among these are TBWA\PHS in Helsinki, Collaborate, Rönnberg McCann, Grey and Hallstedt & Hvid in Stockholm. He was commissioned by A-com and Citibank to start AMG Propaganda in Moscow in 1994, an agency he led to creative leadership in less than two years (Today it is Ogilvy Moscow). His client experience includes among many others Microsoft, Ving, Gore-Tex, Fjällräven, Reebok, Fanta, Cloetta, SAS, Telia, Rockport, the Swedish Advertising Association and Canon. He has apart from the Golden Egg, 100w, gold in Epica and gold in Eurobest also many creative prices from Norway, Finland, and Russia behind him.

Zeke is something as unusual as a creative and strategist in one. Before he worked for Scholz & Friends Stockholm he managed Ogilvy Adrenaline, a discipline within Ogilvy Advertising specialized in communication towards teens and young adults. At Adrenaline he mostly worked for Coca-Cola Nordic & Baltic Division with strategic insights as well as Creative Director. He also developed Nordea's Nordic strategy and creative concept for recruiting a new client base and how to attract a new generation of bank customers. He also worked with strategic consulting for TUI travel as well as for Kraft Foods. Before Adrenaline he worked together with Kay at OgilvyOne as Creative Director. He has also worked with strategy and creation for Framfab, Day8, and Ecuality for clients as Nike, Bonnier, Milko, Kungsörnen, Vattenfall, BRIS and Bredbandsbolaget.
