Barbara Berkan Managing Director at Scholz & Friends Warsaw Graduate of the University of Business and Public Administration in Warsaw. She studied also Managing and Marketing at Warsaw University. She started her work in the Wilkens agency as an Account Executive Assistant. In 1998 went over to the Hager agency, already as Account Executive. When Hager united with TBWA in 2001, she worked there as a Group Account Director. After leaving the agency in 2003 she worked for a year as an outside consultant cooperating, among others, with the agency Radna. One year later she joined to the Scholz & Friends team where was promoted to a Client Service Director post and next Deputy Managing Director. Since 31.X.2008 she is Managing Director of Scholz & Friends Warszawa.

Maciej Ufnalewski Creative Director at Scholz & Friends Warszawa Born In 1961 in Warsaw. He graduated Industrial Design at the Warsaw Fine Arts Academy in 1989. After that, he studied zootechnics for the next 4 years, and then worked as the Visual Communication assistant lecturer at the Industrial Design faculty. Then he started his own design company. His advertising career started in 1995, in J. Walter Thomas agency. Between 1999 and 2002 he worked for TBWA Hager and then for McCann Erickson for the next 3 years. In 2005 he took the job of the Creative Director at a small ad agency VA. His career at Scholz & Friends began in 2007. On top of everything Maciek is also an illustrator and graphic designer.

Piotr Cedzyński Creative Director at Scholz & Friends Warszawa After his studies at the English department of the Łódź University and a short episode teaching English he started work as a copywriter at Image Art. In 1998 he moved to McCann Erickson Polska. Between 2000 and 2004 he worked as senior copywriter at Scholz & Friends Warszawa, returning thereafter to McCann Erickson. Since the beginning of 2008 he is once again working at Scholz & Friends.

Maciej Krzywicki Executive Creative Director at Scholz & Friends Warszawa About oneself: I was born in 1955 in Warsaw. I finished the Department of Architecture PW in 1978. I worked till 1983 in my acquired profession - even on the building site - in order to get full design entitlements. As part of the love affair with the queen of arts Architecture I worked for 4 years as the assistant in the Department of Architecture. I betrayed the queen for the prostitute about 1987 when I started the work at different kind advertising cartoons, from the short form for the feature film. At the same time I worked as the graphic designer of tabloids and different publishing companies as well as comic books. In 1991 I passed on the appropriate side of power, getting a job in the studio of Andrzej Pągowski which soon became McCann – Ericsson’s graphical studio. A long and pleasantly time I worked at the agency Kennedy Janssen and the BDDP. After that it wasn't pleasently… Now Scholz & Friends is my mother, the father and the homeland.
